Mallard Grove Neighborhood

In 1989, Jag Builders, now known as Southern Flair Builders, along with Trammell Crow and Arthur Ruttenberg Homes constructed the first phase of custom homes in Mallard Grove. Mastercraft Builders and Parker Lancaster Homes completed the remaining lots in the quiet, heavily wooded neighborhood. Mallard Grove is conveniently located off Harris Blvd. in the University City area between I-77 and I-85.

The owners of Southern Flair Builders, Steve Moss and Jan Griffin, began building homes in 1985 in the University and Lake Norman area. They are currently building homes at Kingsmead in Union County near south Charlotte.
