Mallard Grove Homeowners' Association

The purpose of our homeowners' association is to provide for maintenance and preservation of the Mallard Grove subdivision entrance including the landscaped island. In addition, the association promotes the health, safety and welfare of all its residents. Every owner of a lot in Mallard Grove is a member and entitled to one vote. An annual voluntary assessment funds the association. Currently, the assessment is $120.

At the February Boad of Directors meeting, the 2010 officers for the Mallard Grove Homeowners' Association were selected. They are:

Treasurer: Jerry Mann Secretary: Linda Murray (acting)

The duties of the officers and directors are specified in the Bylaws of the Mallard Grove Homeowners' Association, Inc.
